Ningbo Xiecheng Group started as a motor manufacturer in 1986 and has grown into one of China’s most capable power tool manufacturing groups. With 850+ employees, 210,000㎡ of factory space, and partnerships with the world’s top tool brands, we deliver precision, reliability, and scale.
What Makes Us Different
Most power tool manufacturers buy motors, castings, and plastic parts from outside suppliers. Xiecheng is different — we produce everything in-house. Our 6 integrated divisions (motors, die casting, machining, injection molding, power tools, and desktop tools) work together under one roof.
This vertical integration means faster response times, tighter quality control, and lower costs. When BOSCH or METABO needs a custom motor specification, our motor engineers sit in the same building as our tool designers.
We hold both ISO9001 and IATF16949 (automotive-grade) certifications — a rare combination in the power tool industry that reflects our commitment to manufacturing excellence.
Our Manufacturing Process
From raw materials to finished, tested, and packaged power tools — everything happens in our Xiecheng Industrial Park.
Step 01
Motor Manufacturing
AC flush motors, brushless BLDC motors, and LVDC motors — all produced in our dedicated motor division since 1986.
Step 02
Die Casting & Machining
Aluminum die casting and CNC precision machining for housings, base plates, guards, and structural components.
Step 03
Assembly & Testing
Final assembly with TUV-certified testing. Every tool undergoes electrical safety, performance, and durability tests.
Step 04
Packaging & Shipping
Custom packaging, palletization, and FOB Ningbo shipping. 30 minutes from Ningbo Port for fast container loading.
